On Sunday October 11th members of the Tafford team gathered on the steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art to participate in the annual Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk.  The walk, which is held  annually in October, helps to raise money and awareness to fight breast cancer.  The 5 mile long course took walkers along the Schuylkill River and was filled with thousands of people all joining together to support the cause. Leading up to the event the Tafford team participated in online fundraising. To date Tafford has raised over $2,000 for the American Cancer Society.  In addition to the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk Tafford is donating a portion of the sales from select pink ribbon and breast cancer awareness scrubs to the American Cancer Society.
